WASHING

Hand wash with cold water (not hot) & mild detergent/ soap (no to zonrox).

❌ Do not leave your hammock outdoors on direct sunlight and rain for more than a week to avoid moisture & damage. When it's not in use, store it in a dry place using the net bag.

❌Avoid contact with sharp objects & flamable things like knife, keys, marshmallow sticks, fork, cigarette, camp fire, portable stove, etc.

All items are covered by our 3-Day Replacement Warranty and will be tested or quality checked prior to shipping.

Proven defective products within 3 days (72 hours) from the time of receiving the purchase will be replaced free of charge.

To be eligible for a replacement, a proof of defect/ damage must be sent in a form of VIDEO📹. Item damages due to wrong usage will not be eligible for replacement. You may send the video proof via: Facebook page messenger
